I believe that people almost always have the solutions to their own problems and that they already know in their hearts what they need to thrive. I bring to coaching conversations a warm presence and the ability to listen deeply and empower people to access their wisdom and knowing. These deep and transformative coaching conversations really do help people move forward in their lives. It always feels like a miracle, and it is such a privilege to see it happen.

I have lived through many different things in my life - I was an entrepreneur and spent many years in leadership roles. I have coached, mentored, and worked with organizations, teams, and leaders. I am also a mother and grandmother, and I have accompanied precious friends and old folks through the journey of dying. And somehow I lived through the pain of watching a loved one suffer from addiction. What I have learned from the richness of these experiences is to bring an open mind to my work with others, and to always suspend my judgment. Our challenges are without question unique, as are our solutions.

My training in coaching began with an intensive course in Integral Coaching that was part of my master's degree in Human Systems Intervention. I fell in love with it, and since then, I have studied, researched, and practiced coaching. I was part of a research project at Concordia University that studied what coaches do that is most helpful to their clients, I have mentored coaching students for the past 6 years, and am now in the middle of writing a book on coaching with my coaching mentor.

I am quite passionate about the ability of coaching to transform lives and would welcome the opportunity to show you what a difference it can make in your life.
I offer individual coaching sessions of one hour ($150), or packages of 4 sessions or more ($400). I recommend that we meet once every 2 -4 weeks. Book a ½ hour session at no charge - to see how coaching with me might work for you. There’s no obligation – we’ll get to know each other and see how I can help you.
